lETS TALK.
A thirty-minute call. No proposal, no pitch. Just a conversation about what you're building and whether we're the studio to help you build it.
Most founders we speak to don't need a proposal. They need a conversation with someone who has thought hard about brands like theirs, can ask the right questions, and can tell them honestly whether the work they're considering is the work they actually need.
A clarity call is that conversation. We use it to understand where you are, where you're trying to get to, and what's getting in the way. By the end of it, you'll have a clearer view of what to do next, and whether or not that involves working with us.
What you’ll come away with
A clearer picture of what your brand actually needs right now, in priority order.
An honest read on whether ruko.studio is the right partner for that work, or whether someone else would serve you better.
A practical next step you can act on regardless of what you decide about us.
What to expect
Calls run for thirty minutes and happen over video. You'll speak directly with Darius: there's no intake team, no qualification call, no junior layer. We'll ask you about the business, the brand, what's working, and what isn't. We'll answer your questions about how we work and whether we're a fit.
If we're a good match on both sides, we'll follow up with a proposal within five working days. If we're not, we'll usually be able to recommend someone who is. Either way, the call costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
That’s it.
No downloads.
No decks required.
No pressure.
A Note on Timing
We take on a limited number of projects at a time.
If we’re not available immediately, we’ll let you know. Or suggest when it might make sense to reconnect.
Good work benefits from the right timing.
Common questions
-
No. We don't pitch on clarity calls and we don't push toward a decision. If there's a clear fit, we'll say so and follow up with a proposal. If there isn't, we'll say that too. The call is genuinely a conversation, not a stage in a sales funnel.
-
Most of the founders we speak to aren't ready to commit on the first call, and we don't expect them to be. The clarity call exists to help you think through the work, not to push you into starting it. Many of our best engagements start with a conversation that happens weeks or months before any contract is signed.
-
Bring whatever you have. If you're at the stage where the budget is "we'll figure it out once we know what's needed," we can work with that. We publish our starting prices on the About page, so you can come into the call already knowing the range. We'll help you think through what scope makes sense for what you're trying to achieve.
-
You don't need to prepare anything formal. It helps if you can describe the business in a few sentences, name what you think the brand problem is, and have a rough sense of timing. We'll do the rest of the work on the call. If there's an existing website, deck, or brand we should look at beforehand, you can share it when you book.
-
If we're a fit, we'll send a written proposal within five working days, including scope, timeline, and investment. If we're not, we'll send a short follow-up with the recommendations we discussed on the call, including any other studios or specialists we think would serve you better. No follow-up sales sequence, no automated nurture flow.
